The development of flexible electronic technology has led to significant advancements in wearable sensors. In the past decades, chemosensors have received much attention from researchers worldwide due their high portability, flexibility, lightweight, and adaptability. It allows real-time access user’s physiological status at molecular level analyze health status. Therefore, it can be widely used field precision medicine. This review introduces sensing mechanisms recent progress sweat interstitial fluid-based chemosensors. complexities are not underestimated, as there considerable challenges this field. aims shed light on difficulties associated with designing potential directions.
